i want to get healthy
i want lose 11-12 lbs and be 109, and this is my plann :D
of course its more about getting healthier
• No dessert more than 3 times a week.
• No snacking(i do this more than i should)
• Bring lunch
• Wake up at six.
• Eat a smoothie for breakfast
• Exercise every time Anthony has soccer (at least 300 burned)
• Go to bed by 11 (woops)
• No criticizing your self!

eating 5-6 small meals a day
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
making healthy food choices - getting plenty of protein, healthy fats and complex carbs
at least 8 glasses of water
eating when hungry even if its right before bed (it doesnt matter what time of the day you eat as long as you dont consume more calories than spend during the day you are not gona gain any weight)
getting at least 8 hours of sleep a day
cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min
light weight training a few times a week
