Maybe you need to look for another job. I changed career and so glad i did. Life is too short to be miserable in a job.

Many priests and ministers who work on Sundays get Mondays off. So not every one has the same opinion. But back to your question. You have almost answered it - start of 5 continuous working days, especially after 2 days of rest. Most people find it's the travelling that gets them down. Traffic jams and crowded trains and buses!

It's your choice. You chose to work to make money. What is more important:
Lousy Mondays
Or
A comfortable work.
Sometimes you have to work for something to earn it. Just think of it as a good thing! Yay! 5 more days for work.
Oh and choose a better job if it's soo boring.

I think it ought to be called "Moanday" because we all seem to moan when it shows up. The really bad part is it happens every seven days.

I actually enjoy Mondays. I get to avoid my home life for five days which is a relief.

Go to arab countries! "Monday" is Saturday (since Friday is "Sunday"...)
If you don't like Mondays because you go to work, you are in the wrong job and you must find another.
You are not here for long: don't do what you don't LIKE to do!
(Ok, you have to live, but it does not mean you can't enjoy what you do for a living).
