Yep mine sure does! Whenever i'm carrying something big and cant see him he'll walk right under me, or whenever it's dark he'll just sit there in the hall and wonder why you just walked up and layed the boot into him! I'm sure it's all funny for them!

Mine likes to take his nap in the doorway -- any doorway as long as it's one I go through often. He also likes to run through my legs when I'm going down the hall. Once he tripped me and I fell against the wall, injuring my shoulder. It took me more than a month before my shoulder worked right again. Yes, I know he was laughing at me, so I have been more watchful now and if I see him running at me I move my leg slightly so he runs into it. It only had to happen a couple of times and now he's decided that's not the thing to do. For the doorways, I say "Comin' Thru" and start to shuffle. If the cat's in the way, he gets shuffled out of the way. The other trick is to sit in my easy chair and refuse to move when I'm wanting to sit in it. I just say "Incoming Butt" and start to slowly sit down. All it takes is a little pressure from my large hinder and kitty decides that's not the place to be. I've given up trying to figure out how their little kitty pea-brains work.

Mine always does that! Another favourite of hers is playing or deciding to go for a nap on the sheets just as I am about to make the bed! Also getting me out of bed in the morning to tell me to clean her very smelly litter tray! Also chasing the brush as I am trying to sweep the floor or sometimes fall over in front of the brush and roll over everything I just swept up! Pouncing on or falling over on top of the newspaper! Headbutting my chin and face as I am trying to read! Pounce on me if I move in my sleep! Licking my face while im asleep just to make sure im not dead! And alot more extremely annoying things that im sure most other cats do. Makes me wonder why I even have a cat!

Hilarious Furry Speed Bumps! She just wants you to slow down and smell the carpet!
We don't have the stairs either, but my little jokester refuses to move when I sweep the kitchen. I can literally push her with the broom from the kitchen to the den, like I'm shoveling a small mound of snow. It's truly a battle of the wills. Of course, she wins. She always wins.

Yes, when I had cats growing up they did this! I don't have stairs now, but my current cat and kitten are always walking with me then stopping suddenly and getting under my feet!
Little terrors....

Yes, my kitty does that to me.
Her favorite tripping tactic is when I'm bringing her food from the kitchen to her special area in the dining room. She'll walk in between and around my legs....then she'll stop and I'll trip over her, spilling her food or water (or both!).
That little stinker!

Yep but my cats favourite trick is to hide behind the banister and either attack your hands or feet when i go up the stairs. or they jump up with all their fur spiked up and hiss acting really hard which is really scary when your not expecting it.

Helping you practice your co-ordination skills is part of her job (lol). It's the same as supervising you when you want to use the toilet.

Yes, absolutely. They do it because they're cats, they can, and they're contrary. Weaving in front of you when you've got a big pile of washing in your arms is another favourite.
