Assuming you want a serious answer Danielle, you could take perhaps three on occasion with a bad migraine but not closer than three hours apart. Do not take it with alcohol. Alcohol is bad for migraines and is very bad if taken with Tylenol due to liver toxicity. Tylenol (acetaminophen) can be very dangerous to the liver with prolonged excessive use especially if alcohol is also being used. BUT - the main concern is physical and psychological dependence if you are using codeine every day. Within a matter of weeks of regular use you can suffer withdrawal symptoms when you stop. Most people stop when they run out. There is anxiety, nasal congestion, chills and sweats at the same time, GI upset, and a feeling that everything is not OK. Don't go there. 'Tis bad - very bad. There are better treatments for migraines
than acetaminophen and codeine. See a good physician please.

T3s are not designed for migraine. you need to see your primary doc or a neurologist about this. Never take more medication than is prescribed as many times this is based on your weight too.

Since when did they start writing T3s for migraines? You are playing with fire! Change your friends or your physician...
