I'd say better if it was a "real" islamic government..........but the ones that exist today....no..

There is a story...example.....whatever...extremely overused and sorta stupid....but basically a dude talks to an imam and says hey.....i think im' gonna move to an islamic country....and the imam says thats great....let me know when you find one.

Iran has one of the best islamic governments out there....pretty much the best....but the crazy factor so outweighs all the positives.

And you always get the complaints that an islamic government is unjust towards those who are not muslim cuz in history they taxed the non-muslims. Muslims paid the same tax......maybe it was a judgment on faith...they assumed that anyone claiming to be muslim would pay the tax. It wasn't enforced...but yeah.....they felt it didn't' need to be...maybe a bad assumption...but it was an assumption....any "good muslim" would not skip out on the tax...which is zakaat...yearly donations to the poor.

We do that in our society today. Our money goes towards healthcare and welfare. We pay for all the wars that are taking palce....if we agree with them or not, we still pay for them.

I mean western government/society only exists because of islam. Muslims archived all the ancient greek and roman works that were lost to the Europeans......Europe only got out of the dark ages because they decided to get roman works from the muslims. If islam was as fascists as people make it out to be.....they would have burnt all those books. Western society today is literally roman society.

Also, compared to most of europe.....which is "christian".....america is ultra conservative.

So in short..yeah a "true" islamic government i think would make our society better...but the ones that exist today......we'd be back in the dark ages.

Also, really quick. Like i said, iranian government is best islamic government out there....and i'm not even shia.......but there is the extreme crazy factor and also they aren't america's allies......So we hear about the negatives. Saudi arabia has a horrible government, they don't care at all about their people, even worse than america treats the blacks......but they are our ally, we hear nothing wrong about them.

It is in america's policy, we can attack another country for natural resources. We don't cuz people ***** and complain, but we make up a good excuse to do it. So that goes with above....we're friends with some arab countries, but the ones we are not friends with....we want their oil and the government wants us to be ok with us attacking them. You might disagree with my reasoning here, but it really 100% is in our policy to wage a war if its in our economic interest....not because of oppression or security......but economic interest is completely ok. That should have been taught to you ....even in an ultra conservative highschool (the type i wnet too.....1 darky / non christian out of 1000)

no one ever mentioned "arabs" (be conscious:oftentimes this is fairly not a politically perfect term, and could be extremely offensive) have been undesirable. solid or undesirable has little or no to do with immigration. No, islam will in no way take over the U. S.. 500,000 is an remarkable huge style, yet no longer whilst compaired to the hundreds of thousands of persons who stay interior the states. and there are greater arabic people in deerborne michigan that something of the country mixed! This u . s . a . will in no way help a theocracy. There could be a civil conflict that should make the unique civil conflict look like lazer tag. it fairly is between the main crucial reasons for the perfect to bear palms. this is the main drastic thank you to maintain the administration interior the palms of the persons, because of the fact if the government ever tried to rigidity us right into a subject we've been against, if we truthfully had to, we could combat it bodily.

It would be immeasurably worse. The Islamic legal system is an abomination, the economics is a joke, and having any religion in a preferred position would be completely at variance with both the letter and the sense of the Constitution. It would be worse for me because I would have to start killing people.

The United States could NOT exist under an islamic government.

Better or worse? A GREAT DEAL worse.

Islam is based upon violence, hatred, intolerance, deception and deceit. It's stated goal is world domination.

In islam, there is very little, if any, value placed on human life. Any discussion, dissent, criticism or argument is harshly, and very often fatally, dealt with.

Sound like a society you want to be a member of?

Ask yourself this -

1 - Would we still be free to believe whatever we choose?
2 - Would woman be free and have equal rights with men?
3 - Would we be free to say whatever we wanted about the government or about religion?
4 - Would we be free to elect our representatives and to kick them out if we didn't like the jobs they were doing?
5 - Would are children be taught the state religion in school?

The answers to those questions should answer your question.

That is the most stupid question I ever saw! It shows much tricky minded spirit! You already knew the answer which is that religions always played extreme roles in a government... The Sultans, Kalifes, kings or Presidents who were religion oriented were the worst butchers humanity ever saw!

Stop sending those faked questions... They are insults to our intellects and demos of intolerance from your part!

Well there could be some good things our of it. Like my wife would have learn how to live without a credit card. Then she would have to walk in back of me when we go out. Of course there is no make-up used so she then has to hide her face with a veil.

Maybe corrupt politicians would face the death penalty. Its another good thing. Then, if you steal something, they cut your hand off. If you hit someone with a car, the family of the victim gets to pick your punishment. Its definitely a different way of life.

I am a Christian, but I also know that that the only time parts of Europe has Islamic government (the Moorish conquest) there was fair government and laws. There was a lot more religious tolerance too--nobody picked on the Jews and got away with it. Things change, but not that much.

Shia law would not allow people to have the freedoms that Americans have. Women would be subjugated to men. Punishments for breaking the law would be much more harsh.

If it is under current muslim kings then it will be useless but if it is really under old just and pious muslim rulers then perhaps that will be the nearest time in coming of full kingdom of God on earth.
