there is a medical form i have to fill at home, my height is 164, but on this form, i am asked to enter "feet" "inches" and "waist"
so i want to know how many feet and inches i have specifically, if i'm 164 in height.

to answer your question you would take 164 and divide by 2.5 there are 2.5 centimeters per every 1 inch. so the answer that you'd get is 65.6 inches. then there is 12 inches per foot, so you'd divide 65.6 by 12 and you'd get 5foot 4.5inches tall.

I am assuming you are stating you are 164 cms -- in order to convert cm to feet, you would divide the number of cm 164 by 0.03281. The same goes for your waist size

It's 5ft 4 and a half inches.
