I wanna lose 10 or 20 pounds so how many sit ups should I do a day? and what other excercises can I do in my own home to lose the punds?

sit ups will only make you gain weight (muscle) and make your belly look bigger - there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat.
the only fat burning exercise is cardio and to get results you have to do it 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.

Run 30 minutes a day and do 300 crunches throughout the day in sets of 25.

do at least 50 sit ups a day. BUT cardio is key to weight loss and management.

work out 15 min on the abs
