Sore throat, sore neck including ear ache are all indicative of some infections. it could be bacterial or viral. Some viral infections can be very stubborn often lasting for weeks. The swollen lymph nodes is the proper response of the body's defense mechanism to thwart off infections. You might have a strep throat, colds, flu, tonsillitis, or even sinus infection esp if the ears are involved. Any infection to the throat also involve the ears due to the proximity of the two organs.
The fact that you feel crappy and lazy and tired might be attributed to mononucleosis. The doctor might order a blood test . If the WBC( white blood cells) in a CBC ( complete blood count) shows elevated readings; this will confirm the diagnosis of infection.
Antibiotics for impetigo, a skin disorder has no correlation to this infection. One of the side effect of antibiotics is rashes.
Sore Throat - Topic Overview
Sore throats can be painful and annoying. Fortunately, most sore throats are caused by a minor illness and go away without medical treatment.
Several conditions can cause a sore throat.
Viral infections
Many sore throats are caused by a viral illness, such as:
The common cold, the most common type of viral infection.
-Infection of the voice box (laryngitis)
-Mononucleosis (mono, "the kissing disease"), a viral infection that tends to cause a persistent sore throat.
-Other viral infections, such as mumps, herpangina, or influenza.
Bacterial infections
A bacterial infection may also cause a sore throat. This can occur from:
-Strep throat, which usually does not occur with congestion or a cough.
-An inflammation or infection of the tonsils (tonsillitis) and sometimes the adenoids (adenoiditis).
-Inflammation of the epiglottis (epiglottitis).
-Inflammation of the uvula (uvulitis).
-Rarely, a sexually transmitted disease (STD), such as gonorrhea or chlamydia. If you have engaged in risky sexual behavior, consider whether gonorrhea or chlamydia may be present. For more information, see the topic Exposure to Sexually Transmitted Diseases
Irritants and injuries
A sore throat that lasts longer than a week is often caused by irritants or an injuries, such as:
Throat irritation from low humidity, smoking, air pollution, yelling, or nasal drainage down the back of the throat (postnasal drip).
Breathing through the mouth when you have allergies or a stuffy nose.
Stomach acid that backs up into the throat, which may be a symptom of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Although this often occurs with heartburn, an acid taste in the mouth, or a cough, sometimes a sore throat is the only symptom.
An injury to the back of the throat, such as a cut or puncture from falling with a pointed object in the mouth.
Chronic fatigue syndrome, a condition that causes extreme tiredness.
Treatment for a sore throat depends on the cause. You may be able to use home treatment to obtain relief.
Because viral illnesses are the most common cause of a sore throat, it is important not to use antibiotics to treat them. Antibiotics do not alter the course of viral infections. Unnecessary use of an antibiotics exposes you to the risks of an allergic reaction and antibiotic side effects, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rashes, and yeast infections. Antibiotics also may kill beneficial bacteria and encourage the development of dangerous antibiotic-resistant bacteria

Dude Chill It's Just Eyeliner. What You Should Do Is Go To The Store & Buy Some More, But If You Can't Then Use Eyeshadow. What You Do Is Wet The Eyeshadow Then Apply It With An Angled Brush

Sounds very much like you got Mononucleosis aka "Mono". Mono is caused by the Epson-Barr virus and is transmited through the transfer of bodily fluid; usually saliva, from kissing, or drinking after someone who is infected. I suggest you go see your doctor there is a simple blood test that can be done to diagnose it. All they have to do is prick your finger. For your sake I hope you don't have it , 'cuse it really sucks! Get well soon!!

You should go back to the doctors.
It could be strep throat starting up.
It really doesn't sound like a sinus issue, unless you have a lot of pain in your cheekbone area and eye area.
you might just be getting the flu, but whatever it is, better safe than sorry to wait, go to the Dr's. and tell them how long this has been going on and you feel fatigued.
