The Bible tells us that there is not only life after death, but eternal life so glorious that “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him” (1 Corinthians 2:9). Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, came to the earth to give us this gift of eternal life. “He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5).
Jesus took on the punishment that each of us deserves and sacrificed His very life. Three days later, He proved Himself victorious over death by rising from the grave, in Spirit and in flesh. He remained on the earth for forty days and was witnessed by thousands before rising to His eternal home in heaven. Romans 4:25 says, “He was handed over to die because of our sins, and he was raised from the dead to make us right with God.”

This can be a complex question. By saying "yes" or "no" we are allowed the luxury of simplifying things.
To answer your question, I must say yes, in that I believe that there are places that are very good, Heaven or heavenly, and places that are very bad, hell or hellish. The extremes of these places are indeed heaven and hell. However, although I acknowledge the existence of places that I may not be fully oriented to, that does not mean that I "trust" in such places.
To many people, to say "believe" also implies "trust". In other words, saying "do you believe" or "do you trust" in something is, or at least can be, synonymous. So, it is possible, and I have encountered people who say they don't believe in heaven and hell as a means to simplify their lives and to not allow these extremes to dictate how they should conduct their lives. It doesn't really mean that they completely do not believe, it may just mean they are not currently exposed to either extreme. I have also found that their way of thinking works for them just as well as mine works for me, although I have also found that they must at some point acknowledge things they do not understand.
As far as needing to "get saved", I have to ask, "What is the origin or source of this phrase, and that source would be "Saviour", or Jesus. So, in that respect, yes, it is a good idea to find out about the concept of redemption and being "saved".

Yes, I do believe in Heaven and hell. I do know that you must be saved in order to get to Heaven. The way you become saved is by accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior, repenting is key but, when you do these things mean it from the heart, and God will come in and take good care of you. I like for people who may or even may not know, to read the scripture John 3:16, that scripture was quoted by Jesus Himself. That was spoken, truly from His heart. That is how much He loves you, me and everyone else.

Heaven and Hell are real, literal places.
To get to Heaven, yes you need to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ.
The term "born again" has been overused and abused. Try thinking of it as "begotten from above," or if you prefer, born of God, as opposed to being born of a woman.
Born of the Spirit, and not of the flesh.
Also, pray. A lot.

Heaven is the Sky and Hell is the dirt.
In the old texts of Christianity, if you were not worth of heaven, you simply die, but if you are worthy of heaven you lived in the big palace with God and kicked it with some nice peeps.
Either way, you aren't going to be tormented for all of eternity so stop crying about not wanting people or yourself to go to a fiery pit and be poked and raped for all eternity, it ain't gonna happen.

No and no.
Following traditional Christian Neoplatonism, I believe that "salvation" and "damnation" are different states of being that are played out on this earth, and not places where people go. But I do believe in the Resurrection of the Dead and etc. I'm not saying that our experiences in the here and now are "heaven" or "hell," I'm saying that heaven and hell represent different levels of union with Being.

Indeed, I believe in both! Get saved? I believe in being saved from eternal damnation! That is to accept Christ as the Messiah and acknowledge the fact that He came in flesh, to be the sacrificial Lamb. He did so for all!
