Actually no, there isn't Most would think that a groin shot would hurt a man more then a woman, but that isn't so. In fact there are more striking points on a female body then the male body, but on the other hand, a woman is able to tolerate more pain then a man.
If you are a female looking to protect yourself from a male attacker, Try striking pressure points. A knuckle punch (a strike with one knuckle sticking out farther then the others) on the rib cage directly under the armpit is a VERY painful striking point. Also an open palm strike to the throat will shock and stop anyone. Just make sure your palm is open or you may kill them.
