Why do you have a hard time expressing your feelings and being honest?
If you have a girlfriend and meet someone new - why not just brake up and move on to the new girl?

it's because you only date guys who are "tough" and can't express their feelings...you won't date the sensitive ones who can...so don't complain.

edit: Thumbs down? What's wrong, can't handle the truth?

Three things you need to know kid.

1) Guys don't have near the emotional drama that girls do. So most of the time when you are wondering why we aren't expressing our feelings, it's because we aren't having any.

2) Guys want to get laid. Most guys figure out that honesty is not the most reliable way to make this happen. Women, especially young ones, tend to freak out if you tell them exactly what you are thinking. It's pretty raw stuff.

3) Did I mention guys want to get laid? If a guy has a girlfriend and meets someone new, he can get laid twice as often, so long as girl 1 doesn't know about girl 2. (Curiously enough, girl 2 often knows about girl 1) If girl 2 doesn't work out, you don't have to beg girl 1 to take you back, because Hey - you never broke up.

And this is me being honest with you. Feeling romantic or freaking out? Yep, that's what I thought.

Want a sample of the kind of advice guys give each other?

"Trust me buddy, ALWAYS tell girl 2 about girl 1. Most the time she won't care, she'll think it's cool you're being honest and everything. AND It makes it a LOT easier to keep girl 1 in the dark. Seriously, Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, and you just don't need that crap in stereo."

Now don't walk away thinking every guy is out to use and abuse you. And don't go all feminist and biter. But do be aware that men are pretty primal creatures & the sea of love should not be navigated in denial.

I would love to tell you, but I have a hard time expressing my answer........just joking

Men have a hard time because they're not raised to share their feelings when they are younger. The expectation is that they would tolerate anything without breaking down.

This is a theory of mine...

Guys would like to have their cake and eat it to...

So here is what I mean, guys want a relationship with a girl and get involved with her and love her but when another attractive girl comes along his hormones go wild. So the guy wants to keep his current relationship but also have his fun with the other attractive girl that he met.

honey, that's a stupid question. why would he break what he already has which means security for smth unknown? what if this other girl sucks in bed? what if she is bad tempered? if she is he will find it out and come crowling back to u. if she is better than u he will dump u. isn't it the way u would do if u were him and an opportunity arised=?

I think we have a hard time because as males, we are taught to be "tough" and all that bull. I didn't want to break up because I didn't like to hurt someone. I never cheated, but hid that I like somebody else...never acted on it . wrong, I know, but im wiser now.

yep, you girls are attracted to crap blokes, rough, a bit exciting, cocky, but you dont like them when you have them. Look for the masculine things in a sensitive or honest guy, and hey bingo. happy couple.
