I will admit that when black women look good they REALLY look good. I mean no other women can compare to their shapely body type and extremely sensual looks. Hot black women are the hottest. However there are also some black women that look extremly bad too. why is that?

Excuse me, that's the same way you would ask a White woman, an Asian woman, or a Latino woman or any other race. Why does this always got to be the black women? To be honest, I do not understand why you would ask a question like that. ALL women, no matter what race, were born of different sizes so it's not just black women. Please wake up.

But it really doesn't have anything to do with us being black it's the way a woman takes care of herself. Some woman really care about how they look and some don't care, I myself rather keep myself looking nice( it's the way I've always been) I think it also has a lot to do with genes some women just age very well while others do not.

It has nothing to do with being black. Women who don't take care of themselves, may be overcome with problems and it's best to see those who do care about their appearance.
