Listen to Jennifer. Don't ever try to adjust your medication without talking to your doctor first. Also, do not stop taking something because it makes you feel weird unless you talk to your doctor, Call and tell him that you are having these reactions. If you are seeing your family doctor, consider going to a psychiatrist. A psychiatrist is experienced in regulating psychiatric medications and is much better than a regular general practitioner and can give you many options that will help. A psychologist can help you feel better while you work on the right medication and by using both a psychologist and a psychiatrist, you will have the best results.

You should call your doctor in the morning and tell him/her you think you're having side effects from the Zoloft, and you don't like it.

I can tell you that psychiatric medications take time to build up in your bloodstream and become effective, so you should give it 30 days. Sometimes you have to try two or three different medications before you find one that helps because everyone reacts differently to these drugs, and the same medicine that helps someone else won't help you at all.

Be patient with yourself, your doctor, and the process, and you'll find the right one.

have you talked to your doc about these symptoms? I know these types of pills can react differently on everyone. I take prozac and only had some nausea at first but now I am ok. The doc may want to swith you meds with something different, especially if it's been 2 weeks.

yea my hubby didnt enjoy being on zoloft... i dont recall his symptoms, i know he became extremly sensitive to chemicals of any kind... but try to search for a forum, that helped my hubby know that he wasnt alone... but he got fed up with zoloft within less than a yr and so he got off of it... but to avoid withdrawal we would cut the pills into 8 pieces and then for 1-2 month he took 7/8 of the 50 mg... then 3/4 for 1-2 months... and little by little until we got to 1/8 of the pill... and then finally when he got off of it (been like 4 months maybe) he still had a little bit of side affects...

ok so, i hated zoloft, and i would encourage to try another anti depressant, like lexapro, that was the best one so far i've taken. You also might have too high of a mg, try to cut them in half, and take them that way. One half = one pill kind of thing. Do that for a few days then move up to a full pill. Get your body to ease into it a little better. But like i said, i would encourage to change.
