I"m wanting to get my black and white prints on art or archival paper - trying to have prints I can sell,etc - I'm not sure where it might be best to do this.

Try to sell them whereever you see others selling them.
Best place to buy film is at a pro camera store where the film is usually fresh and not out of date.

For the best results you need your own darkroom so you can print them the way you want.

Check any of the photography magazines for ads by custom labs that work with B&W prints from film.

If you buy film one roll at a time buy it from a local camera store. To save money, buy on ebay. Just make sure its not outdated. Always store film in the refrigerator.

Where do you live? If I was to suggest someplace in NYC, would you be able to travel that far (assuming you don't live here)?
