does anyone know a good clense that i can do for about a week, to help me begin my process of losing weight. if you could describe it in great detail that would be WONDERFUL!!! i'm trying to lose weight for a wedding i am in, and just want to get started!

you dont need to "cleanse" anything to start losing fat - quite opposite - all crash dieting does (and believe me - "cleansing" is exactly that) is make you lose water weight and muscle not fat and slow down your metabolism and then you gain back more than lost and end up with higher body fat percentage contributing to yo-yo cycle.
Your body is cleansing itself with dietary fiber you get from food and water you drink - thats the way God made them to work.
All you need to do is make healthy food choices, have 5-6 small meals a day, 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day and at least 8 glasses of water a day.
and do cardio which is the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for average of 45min and some light weight training a few times a week.

The Hollywood 48 hr miracle juice diet works pretty well but all it is is removing the excess fluid you have built up. Staying on a vegetarian diet will also help. look up vegetarian diet on google.
