Friends with benefits are not friends. There is no way to keep a sexual relationship from getting more serious. The only way to prevent a more involved attachment is a one night stand with a stranger, then you never see them again and can't get attached.

Keep your head on straight about what you want form them. If it's only being friends with benefits, then don't let your heart get into it.

because you cant. There are hormones that egt released that encourage bondimg during sex. Also, no matter what anyone says, everyone involved is just going to feel cheated when you run around like that.
