Well this is a question that will help them decide whether you will suit the job or not.
Who is suited to a job in fast-food. Well someone who
- lives close by
- maybe only needs part-time, evening or weekend work
- will need this job for a while (school or university student)
- loves noodles (if you like the food in this place, tell them)
The idea is to make it easy for them to decide to give you the job. Talking about things such as how exciting you get by the whole concept of noodles, is not going to help. They want someone who will turn up on time, do the job (not work hard, it is fast food), not steal things, stick with the job for a reasonable length of time and be happy to have the job.

You can do the " its a good company , and the position will give me good oppourtunites for advancement" thing , bit hard not to laugh if your job is noodle cooker #3 , or you can say , I need the job and this is something that I think I can do well. That may not be the best answer, but its honest . I badly need the job and I cant afford to be choosy, might be a little too honest .

Think about what excites you. Is it close to home? Do they offer good promotional opportunities? Maybe it looks like fun. The fast pace is interesting. Like working with food. Like an environment that has more regular hours.
Employers want you to be honest. But they rarely like the "I need a paycheck approach". So find two or three reasons it's more appetizing (no pun intended) than say Jamba Juice or raking leaves and tell them that.

First, there is no right answer to this question. But, I can suggest an approach. Focus on the customer and your attention to detail and quality. I believe these are the key elements for any retail business, particulary food. Attention to detail and attention to quality is VERY important. Most importantly, highlight your desire to work with people. Customers, co-workers, etc. If you believe this and express it convincingly you should do well.
