I am planning to do medical insurance billing course from community college, I need to know wether there are other institutes offering this course which might help me get a job? Is it a godd idea to do the course from community college (we're planning a baby so i might be on a tight budget)

Absolutely. I tried that once, but my course was from a company who provided a correspondence course. I ultimately took a corporate job as a computer analyst. But I really so the benefit of getting into medical billing.

Currently, in my spare time, I run a home business which focuses on marketing nutritional products and advice to doctors. Its a great business for mom (or moms to be) who want to be able to have an income while working in the medical field and still be able to watch their children grow up.
