I am not sure that jumping rope is such a good exercise. In my opinion it is too hard on your legs and bladder. I would suggest walking. You can walk in the malls if the weather is a factor. You just need to keep a steady pace and stay away from the food courts. For your meals, cut back on portion size, and use a smaller plate. Do not go back for seconds.
I have been told that if you can loose a pound a week, you will have a better chance of keeping the weight off. and it will be safer for you.

Congratulations on your resolve to have a healthier body. I think any exercise you enjoy should be OK as long as your doctor agrees that you don't have any health problems preventing it. Very rapid weight loss can result in a number of adverse health conditions, so be a bit careful with that. Can you get a referral from your doctor to a nutritionist to fine-tune your diet and your calorie intake-to-output ratio?

You failed to say how tall you are.
Have you considered having a Gastric by pass?
I had one back in 1998 & it was the best thing I ever did.
Cut out the fats & carbs in your diet. Go on the Adkins diet right away.
Cut out pasta, all bread, sodas with sugar.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Walk & if you can still skip rope...Go for it.
Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
You can always email me if you need a friend to talk to about weight problems & dieting.

Next to sex.I think swimming burns the most calories as you use all your muscles to swim.So get to the pool every day or at least a few times a week and do some walking or ropejumping. If you do these and cut down on snacks you should do fine.

First lady given that 14 is a bit younger for you and so the 14 yr olds arent the first-class alternative. You additionally like her the first-class it kind of feels. Also a phrase of recommendation. You are more often than not in all of the ones ladies pal zones until you flirt with them and make sexual feedback and stuff. I could ask out a woman you arent peers with to avert the "i dont wish to destroy our friendship" bs.
