You can buy several Dell computers with Windows XP installed instead of Vista.
So yes, you can upgrade and still have Win XP.

i don't think you can do that but you can try to download another operation system like windows xp i am not sure if you can get it for free but try to download ares in your computer and in there you might be able to download windows xp for free i am not sure but try it and let me know if it works
