For example: When I was in a relationship I had terrible feelings of lies and un-returned love. In the end my feelings turned out to be right about the way I was feeling. I can also feel what people are thinking of me and when I found out how they felt i was 99% right. As of recenetly, I have been having feelings of a big event(s) coming.

Believe it or not I have been having feelings about big events coming as well. I feel something big is soon going to happen. A turning point, almost. Idk dude but just see what happens but never trust it too much because sometimes logic has to be the first one to determine all of that. Let's see if me and you are right about the big event thing coming and let's wait until the end of the year! :D That would be really cool.

You have to be very careful about feelings/emotions. They can lead us in the right direction or in the wrong direction. I myself, never go against my "gut." Everytime I have, I turned out to be so very wrong. But the "gut" instinct can not be quantified. It has no logical reason for the knowing of anything. I used it in business situations and have had bosses who wanted absolute proof as to why I thought this or that would/wouldn't work. I couldn't give it to them. But, it always worked out just like I presented it would... Just like does God exists or not? My gut tells me yes, but how to communicate that to another? The "gut" is the Holy Spirit. If you can really tap into it with the right heart, mind, motive, you can never be deceived or surprised.

Your are talking about a premonition and yes I have had a few and surprised to find that I was right. I can usually be fairly accurate about how people around me feel.
Perhaps you are more sensitive than most.

Never !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Feelings and emotions, anything connected to our five senses is flesh and is not of God. But what you call feelings , is not feelings, the bible calls it discernment, and it tells us good from evil and some of us were born with that. I was too, there were things in my childhood, that I flat out refused, and I found out after I was saved that it was the discernment, that God had given me. My son Daniel has it too, he is 12 now and it anything doesn't seem quite right, he walks away from it.

Hello, from a personal perspective feelings are hard to interpret. I one felt I was a healer yet failed to heal. I once felt that someone hated me yet found out they were shy. If we ignore what we feel we could be deceived or injured. If you feel fear and it is because one is showing signs of hostility toward, you could be in trouble if you ignore those feeling of threat. If you feel hungry and do not eat you could starve. Definietly feelings can lead you in a right direction. However, using them as a sole guide in your descsion making could mislead you. Many extremeists have had good feelings about mass murdering millions of people. Yet, we know that it was not right for them to do so. I know that we can not explain yet, all the intricate workings of our minds and the bodies which God has given us. Yet, we can know that God has said that there is a way that seems right to a man but its end is the way of death, Proverbs 14.15. In life God has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness 2Peter 1.1-3. God the Creator of mankind says in His word we should not direct our own steps. Jeremiah 10:23 However, He says, In Proverbs 3.5 To Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding but in all your ways acknowlege Him and He will direct your paths. In Isaiah 55:7-9 (ASV) 8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith Jehovah. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
These truths tell us that our feelings can mislead us concerning both spiritual and physical matters. My advise to you is to use your five senses and God's word to make right judgements concerning your lifes decisions it has helped me to make choices which are pleasing to God and which bring peace my life.
Feelings are important in making decisions yet they do lie. Always be up front with your concerns about peoples conduct and your feelings about them. You will find that sometimes your feelings are right and you will find out they are wrong as well.
I have a question for you. If you were to die right now where do you feel you would go? Do you feel you would go to heaven or to what God calls eternal punishment?
I ask because the Bible teaches you can know where you will go and if you feel you will not be going to heaven, God tells us how we can know we have eternal life. 1JOHN 5.13

If you would like to learn more about what the Bible says concerning eternal life and how to receive it call me or email me. godswordistruth1@hotmail.com 405-822-0491

Feelings are not propositions, so no, feelings are not true or false. They're just feelings.

Maybe you're thinking about impressions, and maybe your impressions cause you to have feelings. Impressions often DO present themselves in propositional form, and so yes, they can be true or false.

No. Only when these hunches are tested empirically can they be verified. Seems like you are inferring these things that you speak of. You have evidence input into your " feelings. "

We are all tied together irrevocably.
We tend to sense any potential betrayal in others by virtue of inner contemplation of your own culpability. If you are honest with yourself, you recognize it in others.
