Somebody once asked Flannery O'Connor this same question and she answered: Most of the time, God's grace doesn't feel like anything, and if you're feeling something, it's probably not God's grace.
I like that quote because my life bears it out. Most of the time when I get "warm fuzzies" about my spiritual journey (which ain't often), it's just endorphines or my mood or my morning caffeine kicking in. To mistake that for God's grace would essentially be idolatry.
So grace for me is a knowledge. At any point in the day I can stop and remind myself to know that God's grace is flowing through me -- even if all I feel is fatigue about work or irritation at somebody or whatever.
I think fundamentalists in general mistake adrenaline for the God's grace.

Amazing and indescribable.
You know how a really hot day, there is a rain storm? The hot earth soaks up that water, and it just steams and has that rain smell? Then all of a sudden it is so fresh outside and cool?
That is how I feel about the grace of God.
I was parched and dry, and now I am quenched and refreshed and new.

It is a peace of knowing that God has saved you and that regardless of the past incidences in life, you know that God is on your side. The peace of knowing that after this life is over, there is a much better place that is set for me in Heaven with God forever and ever. The great thing about God's grace is knowing that it is there for anyone to take it in their possession. Christ died for all mankind and is there for any soul that desires to know of Him. God bless you and keep you.

God's grace is His unmerited favor toward us ... in other words, we are undeserving of this free gift He gives us. the gift of grace is usually in reference to salvation ...
grace is an underserved, unearned blessing that God bestows freely. God does all the work involved in saving a soul .... however, grace does not eleminate our choice to accept or reject it.
although man on his own is so depraved & sinful that he cannot of himself choose God, God gives every man the ability to seek after Him & respond to Him.
knowing what His grace means ... i am overwhelmed at the love it took for HIm to offer such. i am not worthy ... no one is.... but i accept it w/ open arms.

It's knowing that no matter how much or how often you screw up, God forgives and forgets. That's a beautiful thing.

It makes you feel humble on one hand....and victorious on the other. We do not deserve it...and it is really very hard to comprehend that kind of forgiving spirit. We are not capable of such love.
