Open Office Calc-Sorting values?

Question

I'm trying to arange my data so that the years are ascending. I also have other data that correspond to each row. I have data on the height, width, color, ect. for each item, and I need to sort them by year, but when I hit the AZ button on the tool bar, it only sorts the year column and leaves the rest of the data unsorted. How do I sort all the data to stay with the right year?
