i have a really bad haircut.and it has lost of layers and stuff...wat do i do???my friends and everybody at skool makes fun of me 4 having facial hair...so any suggestions?

Shave the facial hair and get a new haircut to even it out so there are no layers? Or, forget about the people making fun of you. It's school, everyone gets made fun of.

Use gel/spray/lotion and play with it, to see if you can do a mohawk, or some spikes, or a Ty Pennington.
Find someone whose hair always looks good, and go to her hairdresser for rescue.
They can even it out, or fix the layers, or permit , or streak it, to make it look better.

I don't get the facial hair reference. Use Nair or Neet.

is this about a bad hair cut? or the fact that you have facial hair?
If you have a bad haircut, deal with it using bobby pins, cut clips and hair ties.
In regards to the facial hair. don't shave it! either get it waxed or use depilatory cream. They sell it in grocery stores, walmart, etc.

well for the facial hair....wax it....thats wat i do....it doesnt hurt at all......it doesnt come back for like 3 weeks.....but if ur too scared to wax get nair.....its like cream that takes off the hair but just warning u IT SMELLS LIKE CRAP

put gel in it or mousse and make it look messy but in a fashionably way and say its your new style so dont hate. =]
