Stop vomiting. Your killing yourself anyway, a very slow death.

Vomiting your food is just wasting you time and your health. Thats the same thing as not eating. It isn't HEALTHY. Now first thing, do not eat or drink anything that says "Diet" on it. Diet sodas are the worst. NOTICE: ANYTHING THAT HAS ARTIFICAL, MAN MADE INGREDIENTS IN IT IS DESIGNED TO MAKE YOU FAT! That is what keeps people buying all this crap. So the diet industry will stay in business. If you can't pronouce it, don't eat (or drink) it. period. Eat smaller portions of a BALANCED meal. Your body (hunger) will be satisfied more if you give it a VARIETY of vitamins and minerals. You will eat less too, because you will not hunger for "missing" nutrition. Make sense? Also, go "all organic" if possible. Especially meats and poltry. They use growth hormones or a type of steriods to grow the animals as fast as they can to sell them as fast as they can. All this is approved by the FDA, but on the other hand, they also approve the diet pills that will supposely bring down the weight. Do we see a pattern here.....
Also, do some kind of internal body cleanse. Ask your health food store (GNC) what they suggest.
Take care of yourself, when you get older, you will be glad you did.
peace.

The act of throwing up will eventually cause your body to go into starvation mode. When this happens, your body triggers a kind of "energy saver" switch which means you use energy more efficiently.

Also, in starvation mode, your fat cells release chemicals to preserve themselves. You start using proteins (muscles) for energy.

The cost of this starvation mode is that brain and growth development come to a halt. You can do yourself permanent damage by using vomiting as a diet method. You can also cause scarring to your esophagus and raise the chance of future cancers of the throat.

Please talk to your doctor and get a referral to both a dietitian and a psychological consultant. If you don't have access to a clinic, call the United Way 1st Call For Help. Just dial 2-1-1 and they can help you find some resources. The path you are on can ONLY lead to bad, or even fatal, outcomes...
Best wishes,
Ed, RN

If you are purging after eating, that is Bulimia and is just as dangerous of an eating disorder as Anorexia. Vomiting not only wears away at your esophagus, it also wears down the enamel on your teeth. Get therapy and diet in a healthy way, like eating 5 or 6 little meals a day, no potatoes, bread or sweets. The pounds will come off and you won't be hurting yourself.

Stop vomiting your food! That's the 1st thing you should do. You are starving your body! Your body is probably taking what little bit of food it gets and turning it into fat. You need a healthy diet if you want to lose weight. This won't work and you'll end up very very very sick.

Are you serious? Don't do that to yourself, It's not healthy.
Stop eating all that junk food and start exercising. Stop looking for an easy way out. Stay away from diet fads like those low carb diets and "The Zone" and also stay away from diet pills. You'll lose weight, but they're not healthy.

Do you really not know what to do? I don't want to be critical because I have a problem with making myself puke, but I am getting help. But you really need to talk to someone about this. And you need to figure out why you are doing this. Also how often are you doing it, is it three times a day, or 3 times a week. You need to go to the doctor no matter. What you need to get some help.

Every time you throw up you bring up food from you stomach that is laced with acid (naturally formed in the body to digest) this acid burns your oesophagus, and as it comes out of your mouth, begins to rot your teeth. The damage is unbelievable, including terrible mouth odours. Get on a good diet and excercise..nothing worth while doing is easy but if done well is rewarding.

first of all stop vomiting, you really need to get some help for this, it will destroy your esophagus and essentially it will just erode the mucosa of your esophagus and you will be in the hospital with a perforation. it also turns your teeth yellow from all the stomach acid with will also cause your teeth to rot out of your head because the acid destroys the enamel on your teeth not to mention the mental problems you need to recieve help for. good luck and i hope you realize the big picture now, life is not about how much you weigh!!!

See a doctor. They can help give you healthier goals and strategies to reach a desirable figure. They might also be able to treat some of the problems that consistent throwing up brings to your body, such as refer you to a good dentist (it ruins the enamel on your teeth) and possibly get you on heart burn medication that repairs your damaged esophagus. They might even refer you to a good therapist if your doctor, friends and family think you need it.

The problem isn't how to lose more weight, its what your going to do after you get hurt from this.
You know that Terry Schiavo went brain dead while puking?
And really, it doesn't make you lose weight in the first place.

Honestly, go get a counselor, or a nutritionalist.
Go get help.
And stop being anorexic, please? The point of life shouldn't be to be perfect, it should be to live it.
