What kind of instructions did they send you home with? Urinary blockage is very serious. Didn't they tell you what to watch for? He may be blocked again.
You need to call an emergency vet and see what they suggest. He may just have an infection.
The crystals that cause the blockage also irritate the lining of the bladder making infection very possible. They should have sent you home with antibiotics.
Is he hydrated?
UGH! Please call any vet asap! This can be a critical situation. Good luck!

They released him to you after having him catheterised and didn't give you antibiotics or anything? Take him to another vet, this leaking and blood is NOT a condition that he should be in after being treated for a urinary blockage!

I've had three of my male cats treated for this. Usually they give them fluids, have a catheter in them so they can pee, and make SURE the cat is going to the bathroom ok before letting them go home. There should be NO blood, no leakage. And their appetites should be fine. I don't think he should have been released this early, or they may have scraped something inside when they put in or took out the catheter--which a vet needs to look at now that he's showing these signs for you.

Take him to a different vet. Everyone is entitled to second opinions, don't let it hold you back. This is not normal for a cat who's been treated for a blockage.

Your kitty is really sick. I hate to be like this but get him to the Vet. He could die from a blocked bladder. I get so upset when I hear this because it happened to me. ASAP even if you miss work or school or whatever. E-mail me I wanna know how you make out.

OMG i am so sorry!!!!! He probably has urinary tract infection, i am so sorry. you need to take him to a VET not an animals hospital because the vets there are not as good and they don't care as much. because obviously they didn't flush him. i hope he is ok!!!!!1
