When I was a child I had bladder control problems all the way to grade seven or eight. THis is probably health related in her case, as it was in mine. You should consult your doctor, get her some pull ups that are discrete, and praise her constantly. She probably feels gross and disgusting, so you need to tell her she's beautiful and things like that happen all the time to different people.
Make sure when you do things with her that there are frequent bathroom breaks, and I woul d tell her teacher about it too. Tell the teacher that your daughter should have permission to just leave the class without asking permission if the need arises. I am sure the teacher will understand.

l'm so sorry to hear about your child. l'm a mother of four kids and always feel sad when one of them got sick. l never had experienced stool problems with them. Could it be that what she's having has something to do with the surgeries she had before?
l hope she gets well soon. God bless.
