Why would he say that if it isn't true. My first instinct is to trust a police officer . NOTE: I was pulled over in a state forest (i was lost). Does THAT make it different?

Were you stopped on a moving violation? All moving violations take points off of a driver's license. You should show up to court and talk to the judge about it, if in doubt. If the police officer told you wrong, the video will be checked. If a police officer gave you incorrect vital information and it's on the tape, the ticket is usually thrown out. I don't know how PA works, but that is how it works in most states.

You get points for a ticket that carries a point classification. Doesn't matter how quick you pay it. Can't see why the location, or you being lost, would make a difference unless he was out of his jurisdiction.
