Jesus wasn't a sinful being because he wasn't a son of Adam. Only us the decedents of Adam and Eve sin. So, no he never masturbated. He never sinned. Read the bible.

The bible was made by monks or England during the medieval period and since people couldn't all read and write, they accepted these stories.

truth is UNKNOWN. The vast majority of the 'life of Jesus' is not chronicalled in the gospels. The last we here of him is at age 12 discussing theology with other rabbis, then he pops up at around 30yos at his 'baptism'.
There is the 'Infant gospel of Jesus according to Thomas" that does give some episodes in his early life.

The Bible states that Jesus was PERFECT and SINLESS. He never committed any form of sin. Therefore, the answer is no. Maybe you should read the Bible before you ask such a question.
