I spent three weeks working in a LDS ward and feel really bad for the people!

I mean they certainly did get themselves into that trouble but my time at St. Timothy's reminded me that as a Baptist we need to pray for those addicted to drugs, crimes, and alcohol.

What do you think? Do you know anyone addicted to LDS, Crack, or Scientology or anything else that can be harmful? What about Tom Cruise. He was born a Catholic and then fell into Scientology.

I tried Scientology for about a year. Took two of the cheap courses. They have proved very useful.

More useful than the time I spent with the baptists (just my opinion). The Baptists charged more (10% tithing), were more invasive, pushed their beliefs harder, and were harder to leave when I decided to quit.
But maybe you arent like that? :)

Being LDS does absolutely nothing to one's physiology and so you can't be ADDICTED to it.

Since you mentioned crack in your question, you may be thinking of LSD.

LDS - Latter-day Saint
LSD - Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (AKA: Acid)

But then I don't understand the Scientology remark.
