God gave us a planet filled with wonderful resources. We were, I believe, intended to act as stewards for the planet. Some of us do that, but most treat Earth as a toilet and bottomless pit of resources, when it is nothing of the kind.
The beauty of this planet is absolutely incredible. And yet we fill drop-dead gorgeous valleys like Hetch Hetchy and disregard the consequences for the advancement of ours, a single species. This kind of arrogance is surely not what God hoped for.
So yes, I believe God wants us to be as green as we can be, to take care of this wonderful gift he has given us, so that the cycle continues and the Earth will provide a bounty for generations of many species for tens of thousands of years to come. Despoiling the nest is never a good idea, and most species, by instinct alone, avoid doing just that.

Absolutely! If most of us would cut down our meaty intake and eat more vegies and fruits whilst cooking it in the right way so as not to kill any chlorofil that has detoxication properties, we'll all be living healthier lives. Driving green cars, when properly planned and enforced will make life easier.

God created the world, so I think messing up what He has created shows disrespect. That was one of the first things I remember learning. Don't try to destroy or mess with something someone else has made-drawing, sculpture, or any project.

As with all things the Lord doesn't want us to allow other things to come between us and Him. Whether it is the worldly seeking of wealth and goods, or the action of doing good deeds, such as saving the planet from those trashing it. It is a matter of keeping prospective and making Him Lord of all things in ones life. I think it is responsible to seek out new, cheaper, cleaner, more efficient, and better energy. But not at the cost of one soul that he so richly seeks, He came and died for each one of us, not the terrestrial ball we live on.

Well God did create Adam and Eve to care for the earth and animals not to destroy it so, yes. I think he would want us to be responsible for what we do.

I think God just wants us all to get along with each other. You know, love your neighbor as yourself.
