The drinking age in the provinces of Quebec, Alberta and Manitoba is 18, so all of the clubs in those provinces. The drinking age everywhere else is 19, and none allow under the drinking age in.

All clubs in the provinces of alberta, quebec and manitoba are 18 and up, all other provinces ( ontario, british columbia etc. ) are 19 and up

Whatever the liquor consumption age limit is for the province in question. I *think* all provinces have an 18+ drinking age, so that's the age to get into any public club. That and a $20 bill to the doorman. :-)
