Defination of Break even price in manufacturing?

Can some one please help to establish a break even price for manufacturing of steel pipes for example.
I have seen many confusing accounting in different company doing it differently.
Is it the Raw material cost,Conversion cost, Direct cost &Indirect cost.

simply, break even cost the minimum amount to sell the item just to "break even," that is, with absolutely no loss on your behalf. It should include ALL costs involved, including parts, labor, manufacturing, packaging, marketing etc.
