do you trust him 100%? has he given you any reason to distrust him? Have you been cheated on before? It could be anyone of the things I mentioned. Be honest with yourself when answering these to yourself. Dreams can be upsetting, but there also may be an underlying issue of trust on your behalf. If you can say that you honestly trust him totally, and you have never been cheated on, then I can't say for sure. Do your friends tell you things to make you question him, like put ideas in your head? Just ask yourself. Hope the dreams end for you!!

Even though you love him, he is still just a boyfriend. The relationship may be about how much you love each other, but it's not a very strong relationship. These days relationships are so fragile, the slightest thing will fracture it. You are aware of how fragile your relationship is, but you are more willing to blame your boyfriend instead of yourself, because it's so much easier to balme the other person for your relationship problems, right?
The truth is you still don't trust him even though you claim you do. But more so, you don't trust yourself and you don't trust the stability of your relationship.
You need to 'let him go', mentally. What I mean is, you need to accept the possiblity that you will break up with him someday. You need to accept the idea that you are just as susceptible to making mistakes as your boyfriend. You need to learn how to forgive your boyfriend for the everyday things as much as you need to learn to forgive yourself the everyday mistakes you make. By being able to forgive and let go of your panic, you will quit freaking out.
What you can do is stop trying to get as much emotion out of each moment you are with him and learn how to treat him like he is a human being first, your boyfriend second. Try seeing him as a person, a person with thoughts, ideas, opinions, and interests, and not just your boyfriend and relationship and you are together and isn't it wonderful. By reducing some of that pressure, you will relax and enjoy your time together.
