Download and install the Apple iTunes and QuickTime player applications. You can then play any file from your iPod on your Microsoft computer.

However, if you mean changing the format from what Apple uses to the wma format, I don't think you can because Apple doesn't allow their music to be played on anything except their equipment and software. You can change the format of Windows Media Player files to the iTunes format, but not the other way around.

Trying to do so would break the DRM license you have for your Apple media.
