It comes with pretty much everything, I believe. Except the film, which you can buy pretty much at any drugstore. It's in GREAT condition. It's used, but like-new. How much at the most do you think it's worth?

The X-370 was Minolta's equivalent to the Canon AE-1 or Nikon EM(except that both were far better cameras than the much-hated EM). A good modern comparison would be the Canon Digital Rebel or Nikon D40.

They were produced by the hundreds of thousands(or millions in the case of the AE-1, and maybe the Minolta), and there are a whole lot of them still out there and working. Despite being priced lower than most other SLRs, they were still darn good cameras and built far better than todays equivalent cameras.

If you can get $100 on Ebay, be glad. You'll probably get less than that for it.

Minolta X370

Let it go and look for a Minolta X-700 or X-570. They have Minolta's TTL (Off-Film Flash Metering). Minolta invented TTL and the "PX" series of dedicated flash units for those cameras.

The X-370 doesn't have TTL.

Could you elaborate on "... comes with pretty much everything..." please.

About $150 sounds right. Now's a good time to post it locally or on your local Craigslist, as photography students are now looking for 35mm SLR's like yours. Just look at the postings in Yahoo! Answers, and you'll see.

It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I checked completed eBay listings, and you'll be lucky to get $50 for it.

Sample closing figures for camera with 50mm f/1.7 lens:
$43
$22.97
$44

etc.

So, don't expect to get too much. If you get $50 for it, you're doing well.
