Then the toe beside it it had a cut and it was leaking fluids when I was looking at it. And then I got the fluid out of it. I put neosporin on it. The blisters area are red. Want can I do to get rid of them. He wears shoes with socks during the day when he in school. Then he wears his scandels. But want can I do to make sure they stay clean ( blister) and won't be painful for them.

#1 Get him new shoes that fit.
#2 If a blister is popped, all of the "top" skin needs to be removed. That leaves the pink leaky skin underneath. That needs to be cleaned and neosporined and bandaged. After the first dose of neosporin, you don't need to reapply. In a couple of days, if he is staying inside, let him take off the bandage so a scab can form.
#3 If the blister hasn't popped, leave it alone. The body has created a pillow-like bandaid for the area, and it's completely sterile.

Its hand foot and mouth disease I had this run threw my daycare once it is highly contagious but will go away I think it can take up to a week but are contagious for longer. Alls you can do is give motrin for fever give them cold ice water, juice, etc for blisters in the mouth and they may not wanna eat so give popsicles, jello, pudding, etc for food the rash doesnt bother them its under the skin it doesnt itch or anything.

You can buy a product called new skin, which is what bowlers use to keep their blisters from becoming raw and inflamed. Or you can also buy liquid bandage, almost the same as new skin, but warning it does burn when applied. I cried when I first used it on myself.
