does any body know how to make hydrogen peroxide or a subsitute out of it out of house things?

you don't make it, you buy a 16 ounce brown bottle commonly available in stores.
Dilute this with a 50:50 mix of water to swish with for 30 sec. to whiten your teeth. Use it straight on cuts and scrapes of the skin.

Hydrogen peroxide 3% solutions USP is very cheap and readily available. I have no idea how they make it but there is no way you could save money by trying to make it yourself. If you want to use it in your mouth, you need to dilute it 50/50 with water. DO NOT confuse 3% with 30% which is used on hair.
