Err...everyone ended up in Hades in Greek mythology.

Everyone goes to the halls of Hades in Hellenic beliefs. It is not a punishment. The evildoers are condemned to Tartarus, but merely not believing in Zeus would probably not be enough if you had lived an otherwise virtuous life.

Everyone goes to Hades, whether we believed or not...

But Hades isn't a bad place by far.

Remember to put a coin on your loved one's eyes so they can cross the river Styx!
