Think of it this way. If you want to be an engineer, don't worry whether its hard or not. If its what you want, then go for it - the harder it might be, the greater the reward when you finish your schooling.

It is easy to be an engineer if that is where your talents and interests lay.

Preparation for engineering requires a lot of math and science, and also a lot of hands-on experience building things and seeing how things work.

Just like any other field of human activity, engineering can be really, really easy or really, really hard, depending on the individual. Is playing piano hard? Is playing baseball hard? Is singing hard? The answer to all of these is "yes" and "no", depending on who you are and what you like to do.

If you like engineering, it is a joy. There is a certain indescribable joy in seeing something that once was only your idea made into something real that you can touch. You will go to work each day and have fun, because you like engineering. Magically, money will show up in your bank account, and that just makes everything even better.

If you end up not liking engineering, it is a misery. Each day is a long, dreary bore that no amount of money can compensate.

Try many different types of engineering, and find the one that fits you best!

Depends on what your definition of hard is; you'll have to do a lot of math and science in school, and you'll have to do them every day at work as well. If that seems like something you'd like, then give it a go, take some intro engineering courses, talk to people you know that are engineers, maybe job shadow them. I don't think of the engineering courses I'm taking as hard so much as challenging; if the work I intend to do every day weren't a challenge, I don't think I'd be able to do it for long...

Yes, it's hard. I suggest you improve your English before considering Engineering school.

True Engineering involves a lot of math. More than half of all people who start an Engineering degree never finish. Many of these students would have been happier and more successful in Engineering Technology (BSET) or Industrial Technology (BSIT). These degrees are more "practical" and require less math.

There are many different specialties in engineering, you might find some harder than others. A metallurgic engineer is totally different than an electronics engineer or an aeronautical engineer. People who drive trains are also called engineers and so are people in the refuse collection business.

Its very challenging. It requires a pretty comprehensive knowledge of Math and science, which, to many, are difficult subjects. However, if you have are good at math and science and enjoy it, becoming an engineer wont be as furstrating or difficult.

It's not always hard......sometimes it's just difficult, but it's way worth it if you like engineering.

It's difficult, yeah, but it's possible. Just make sure you're pretty good at math...you'll use a lot of calculus, vector cal, and especially physics galore. It's fun though if you're into that, go for it!

Let your heart tell you what to do and DO IT.

If it's "hard" BUT ---> you love it and it's fulfilling and rewarding to you, would you still do it?
That's the question.

Don't project into the future what's going to be hard or easy.
JUST FOLLOW YOUR HEART and HONOR YOUR DREAMS.

Good Luck!
