Why are there some many television stations in Spanish? Why can't they just be in English unless being televised from a foreign country for the benefit of it being a learning station, etc.? It's not for tourism.
Almost every television today has the option of having language translations displayed to benefit those who have not learned our language. Why are US Citizens so willing to give up these US television stations to a foreign language?

So if I go to Mexico, I should expect to find about 6 local free stations in English? hmmm.
I see various languages shared on the local stations from Korea, China, Phillipines, the Middle East, etc. and think it's nice to have a station or two that allow for various cultures on our local television so that everyone can enjoy the various cultures, but the rest of the stations should be in English.
Forcing so many Spanish only stations in an English speaking country is wrong and just another way for people not to fit into our culture. The Spanish stations are on the free stations - not cable or satellite.
Why don't I see French, German, Native American, Dutch, Gaelic, Hebrew, Arabic, etc. stations playing only their language all day long with no other language on half a dozen local stations?
This is prejudism in America!
