Yes as long as theyre cooked. I usually get an Oven Stuffer Roaster and use the giblets in a stuffing for the bird.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm giblets. Good stuff. I like to roast them in the oven with my bird using the same seasonings. I love the liver! It's a cholesterol nightmare but sooooo tasty. I don't usually eat the heart.

Yes very good, take the membrane off so they will be tender.
I like to make a stir fry with vegetables and giblets. I add flour for thickening and any stir fry sauce for more flavor.

we dredge them in flour and deep fry them, the gizzard is a little chewy, but excellent.
