Every morning when I wake up my eyes are just really sore... it's new; just started like two weeks ago, and nothing has changed. They just hurt a lot and I don't want to open them... like they're red and tired. Sometimes eye drops work but sometimes not. Any suggestions?

Try using an plain saline eyewash before going to bed.

Also use re-wetting drops to keep your eyes moist throughout the day and drink lots of water.

Don't use eye drops w/ tetrahydrozaline to fight redness too often. You can experience a backlash effect & need more & more.

Deficiency in Vitamin A - eat more foods rich in this vitamin.

ie: carrots, pumpkin, potatoes.

This will also solve any sensitivity you have to bright daylight or night blindness that you may have.
