Assuming that Dubya & Co are correct in their God statements regarding the war on (some) terror, then God must have had some sort of culpable responsibility for TBI and the other diseases that have emerged from this war.
So why would He want to heal it if He caused it in the first place?

I can believe that no one will ever get over what they seen in Iraq.
It is like being taken from the promise land and put into the worst hell immagineable. Every bad thing you ever thought primitive man did or could do they do there.
Until you have night mares and wake up screaming thinking you are still there. Those poor people don't know anything different that is really sad. YOu could say that USA made it that way but they said we just got out of a war with Iran and it was bad when I was growing up. Like this isn't?
8 year war that millions of their relatives died in.

God can but the question is would he? I can't even get him to give our neighbor, Mr. Gibby, who is an amputee, a new leg.
I even got a neighborhood kid to start praying for a new leg for Mr. Gibby.

God is the same Yesterday today and forever. The Bible says there is NOTHING God can't do!!!! Jesus raised the dead! Jesus told the apostles that He was leaving and the Comforter was coming and that we would do greater things than He So YES He can and Will.

Yes!
To quote the bible "All things are possible to him that believes" and "I can do all things through Christ, who gives me the strength and power".
He heals the sick ALL the sick
He raises the dead - you can't get more brain damaged than that
He says about Himself "I AM the LORD that heals ALL of you". He also says "I AM the LORD your healer". Put your trust and faith in Him.
The bible also says "The prayer of faith shall save the sick and the LORD will raise him/her up [whole].
Put your faith in Him and His word. See the facts but KNOW the truth 'I can't see the healing yet but I know that I am heald. God's word says it and that settles it. It is coming, I will see it.

yes.
of course you kind of twisted the truth when you called the war in Iraq 'God Ordained".
Christians, are under strict command to not kill or murder anyone, so even thought there are many in the military that consider them-self to be Christian, they apparently have not been mentally armed with the knowledge of this Christian principle.
I heard a person on a Christian radio station say the other day that his loyalties were "God, Family, Country".
Yet what Christians with this mentality have not figured out, is that by aligning their allegiance with any earthly government, they have basically taken sides against the Kingdom of God, which God told us in the Book of Daniel, at 2:44, was going to destroy all human governments.
So, in review, I must say, that any person, who places their allegiance, trust, or hopes for anything in their respective country's governments, it is impossible for them to be a citizen of the Kingdom of God.
I guess this is why atheists have nothing to fear from true Christians as regards prayer in schools or even teaching creation. We, have no interest in trying to influence governmental laws, except when the government tries to directly restrict or ban, or control our only responsibility of preaching and obeying our God.
We do not care if the government ammends laws to allow gay marriage, and we really do not care if the schools promote evolution. Why? Because we know that it is our job, to raise our children in what we believe, and that when they reach the age of responsibility, they must then, decide for themselves what to believe. For no one is under compulsion to believe or not believe anything.

If god does exists, we should accept that he does not interfere with our affairs.
What about the Holocaust? If he didn't show up when 6 million people were killed I doubt he would come around now. All he shows is apathy.
