I know it might seem like their would be problems with that, but in my school and in schools in my county have something called the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). They talk about it a lot in my school and meeting are held there (i think, i'm not christian.) It's if it's a club that u join at your own will. If it's something that a student must take and u impose a religion the teacher could get in trouble. So just make sure it's something the student does at his own will and is afterschool or something.
PS...If you're in a High School that has electives ( classes that u choose, such as ROTC, enviromental club, FCA) then it can be held during school hours. If it's a middle school, elementary school then it does have to be before/after school

Maybe. It's hard to know without knowing where we're talking about (US? If so where?), what exactly the meetings are called and what takes place during them, whether the school is public or private, how much and what sort of involvement the teacher has, etc.
If you're truly concerned about it, you might want to contact a legal services organization and ask their opinion.

Would entirely depend on your State or Province, or country. A lot depends on the Principal of the school in some areas.

there are clubs that have meetings during school, but the only club that i know of that does that is FBLA, and that's not lead by a teacher, but many teachers.

The school can't force people to join, but there is no law that says interested students can't have a Christian club. Most schools require that clubs have a teacher adviser.

You need to go to the section that knows about laws...unless you're hoping a lawyer is visiting this section. I'm sure not one. I know a teacher can't write a Christian song and teach it to her class.

It shouldnt be. Maybe after school, but school and religion should be TOTALLY seperate. Laws based on christian belieffs are really annoying when your not a christian.

Absolutely not! It violates the separation of church and state. Contact the organization below(see link) as to what actions you may take to stop this violation of your civil rights.

That depends on the state, but soon all states will follow a unified code of conduct.
