Reactive hypglycemia is diagnosed much more often than it actually occurs. It often goes away after a year or two but isn't cured, as there is no treatment for the underlying problem.
There are also other forms of hypoglycemia, so pardon me if that isn't the one you were asking about.

hypoglycemia is not a disease and therefore does not require a cure. It is a symptom, and one that is rather easily managed with proper diet. It is an early warning for diabetes however, so you may want to have annual bloodwork done, especially an A1C.

The nurse above is correct. Hypoglycemia is not a disease in and of itself... Just because you have had an episode where you were hypoglycemic or even a few doesn't neccisarily mean it will continue to happen
