How do u get experience in a field when nobody will hire you cause you dont have experience?

I have a degree in agriculture business and i have had many jobs related to lab research, gps systems, call centers and data entry but the jobs i am unable to get is workin in Human resouces and things like that, because i need payroll experience, and working for free doenst pay the bills

There are two ways to get hired for a job in which you have no experience.

1) start at the bottom; get into your chosen career at the level where experience is not required, and work your way up, learning as you go.

2) Get a specialized certificate or classwork in your chosen field. Even without experience, education in the field will be helpful in showing that you have knowledge about the field and a willingness to learn.

HR is a tough field to break in to--there are a lot of laws to know, so if you have any experience with legalize paperwork and stuff like that, stress your transferrable skills in an interview. Why do you want to do HR? Is it the people contact, interviewing applicants? You might try related jobs to that like job coach, college admissions officer, recruiter for businesses or colleges, front desk clerk in a hospitality setting, etc.
