A person who has commited crimes regardless of religious beliefs or mental states or the time that has passed since the crimes where commited, still need to be taken to court. There, their fate for what happens to them for the rest of their life will be judged legally. What I believe is that beyond that it is not our place to judge someones fate in the afterlife. That would be to place oneself as an authority above God to judge or condemn a soul. A person's fate after death is between that person and their God. I'm not a christian, but Jesus spoke of peace and love. He did not hate and he trusted God's judgement. Personally I believe that all truth is revealed to a person at the time of their death. When a person who has commited evil in their life has died the only thing to do is to let it go and move on with your own life as best you can. If that person is still alive, then they should be tried in the court of law. I believe in Karma. Anyways thats just my opinions.

It won't as he uses an Apple computer operating system.
He used to use Windows, but he got hacked to many times.

Of course, even if the Mac crashed, he still has the old e-tickets system based on the Disneyland ticket-books of the 70's
