there are so many options for full back tattoos but what to get is really something that should be your decision only. i usually suggest getting something that has a personal meaning to your life and not just something random because it "looks good" or "looks cool" you should look on the internet at different artist's portfolios and see what style you like first, then you can narrow your search. don't limit yourself to just looking at tattoos. look at pictures of stuff. if you were getting a tattoo of a lion i would suggest looking for pictures of actual lions and not pictures of other people's lion tattoo you know? if you need help finding an artist in your area i would love to help you find one.

its cool if you do this but just think about it first.
when you are 50 60 70 80 years old, are you really going to think to yourself "man i still really love my tattoo" or will you think "why the hell did i get that, now i cant get a decent job in the office and no one treats me like a normal person and it looks ugly" also remember whatevers "cool" now will most likely not be in 20 years!!!

if this is your first tattoo I wouldn't recomend going for a whole back piece right away. Try something smaller on your shoulders or in between your shoulder blades, and add on as time goes by...thats what im doing anyway. (:

Dude, this is going to be a HUGE project, get something YOU like, not something other people think are "cool." What they/you think are cool right now, may not be cool when you're 80.

pick something big that you like a lot.. if you really like something you could get a portrayal of that.. dont let someone tell you that what you want is stupid though... go for what you want and you will love it...
