Hi. I've flown a few times, and never have any problems... except for one thing. When I'm on a long haul flight, I get cramping sensations in my stomach area. I know it's probably because of sitting down for so long. What I want to know is... Is there any way to stop this happening without walking around so much. I do walk around a little, but it's just to the toilet and for the prevention of problems with my legs (varicose veins and other ailments). And, is it because I'm sitting down so much? or just being crammed into economy class with little legroom and things? I'm a webpage designer and I've been known to sit in the same place for 14 hours+

Thanks in advance.

sitting can be one cause, but the compression in the flight cabin could cause cramps that appear in your stomach. Flying can cause many different health complications. walking around is definitely a help, but the best thing is to drink a lot of water during the flight. Flying causes dehydration and dehydration can cause spasms.
